Ahhh.....nothing done but balancing.......

So the day has been one of balance. It's amazing how many things you can get done when you are 'too' busy! If that makes sense?

Of course- the thing that had to wait was photographing the cushions I began out of scraps yesterday- so I thought I'd show you some work that was finished in December- some of which we have actually kept.
We had a gorgeous Christmas party at our house before the christmas chaos- Bing Crosby, drinks, candles and mince pies- and I was in heaven! I adore christmas as it allows me full rein with fairy lights on pretty much every room in the house- strictly clear bulbs!
This years christmas drinks was to 'launch' Miss Sew & So as a buisness- and it was a great success! The women, and men, that came were delightfully supportive and I helped fill many a christmas list as the night went on..........my eldest daughter was also in heaven as she has seriously inherited my christmas enthusiasm, and she made sure that every guest left with a little calico bag of goodluck wishes for 2010.....
