...a thankyou & a squeeze...

...i just want to give all of you that 'pop' in a bit of a squeeze...

...a really loving BIG huge happy squeeze...

...because it is soo special for me to come to this spot, once a day, & to think & talk to you...

...i have loved following soo many wonderful women & their *blogs*...

...*they* take my life in the english countryside to so many other places...

... *they* make me think about soo many other things...

...*they* inspire me to want to do more...
...create more...

...& so i want to thank all the wonderful *new* people who have decided to...
...put the kettle on...
...pour a glass of wine...
...or just escape for a moment...
&
...come & sit with me...

...& i just want to show you a little of where i sit...

...this is a part of where i live...
...it's countryside that is open to an estuary...

...fishing boats go out...
...& gorgeous old tractors take them...

...& there are *seagulls*...

...this is why we chose here...
...there is a little bit of home here...
...there is water & seagulls & boats...

...it's not *cossie* on...
... grab your towel kinda water...
...but it's water & thats almost enough...

....so back to where was i before we wandered along the irish sea!!...

i was
...sending you a big thankyou...
...for just being there...

  3. Wow. I dream about living in a remote little cottage on the sea-shore. Hearing the waves lapping the shore at night and breakfast on a deck chair in the morning. Lucky lady x

  6. You're so right, this whole blogging world is as precious as it's fun.
By the way, I know that Lytham is very pretty but I still think you're very good natured to be enthusiastic about the sea around England after being used to swimming down under!

  10. So glad you stopped by my tiny corner of the ocean so I could see yours. Yours is definitely more quaint and charming than mine. Those tractors make me smile and that pink-bottomed boat makes me swoon! Looking forward to getting to "know" you better. I can't wait to see what you sew.
