For all my beautiful Sydney gal friends- this "Keep Calm & Carry On" poster greets me everytime we walk into the kitchen- which with the 3 bambinos seems to be constantly!
It's an old English wartime poster- it was used to rally up those 'left' in Britian to do their thing for the war effort. Women and children were asked to meet the challenge by providing a calm and focused life in the face of war..........and although we couldn't ask for more gorgeous children and lives- it does seem to muster up that last bit of patience we all need at times!
Barter Books in Northumberland found a stock in their loft and have reproduced it.......
