village life in Autumn-this beach gal is in love...

hello lovely bloggy friends...

i had a IT hiccup over the weekend...man i didn't realise how hooked up to my laptop i really am...

should i be worried about my now obvious MacBook addiction...

the one i pretended didn't exist until push came to shove & i lost all connection...

anyway...i cursed & worked at it & cursed a lot more a little more, with no very little natural IT

ability i can assure you, until i sorted it this morning...

so...back to regular scheduling...my love for Autumn...

it occurred to me, over the weekend, that this beach-girl-from-sydney-living-the-english

-countryside-thing...just couldn't just go on forever...

as perfectly lovely as it's been...one day i will be sitting back on the beaches, with sandy feet &

beach towels littering the floor, wondering how my little village back in England is enjoying Autumn...

so...i've fallen in love with all things changing colour again, just as i did the first year we set out on out

life-changing-family-adventure to see the world from the top end of the globe...

suddenly i can't get enough of walking in the blustery weather...throwing on my boots & scarf...

taking my camera walking through the countryside...or along the estuary....

so this weekend...we did the horse riding run...the football {soccer} run...

& the loving England in the Autumn run...

we rustled through leaves & rode bikes along the Green...

we moo-ed at local cows & watched tractors pulling out local fishing boats...

we watched football {soccer} & rugby in our scarves...

all small village, local stuff...all stuff we won't have on our doorstep forever...

i'm doing a daily *what i've thrown on for autumn* pickie each day this week...

you know...to give you all a giggle....

i'd like to say my fashion choices for autumn come directly from *kate* herself...but alas it's pretty

obvious i'm on my own...

all good...for this mamma of three, to-ing & fro-ing everyone, holding it all together...

i'm ok with not channelling my inner Kate all the time... ;)

....errr yeah!

so...lovely ones...if you need a fix of Autumn...i'm here to share it all this week...

images of life in an english village as the seasons change again...

images from a beach-reared-country-loving mama of three hoping to get her Autumn fashion mojo up & running...

& yeah...just for the record...that is one of a zillion nike balls in our garden...

& yeah...this is just a real life- heading out the door photo...balls & all!

hope you had a giggle...or at least smiled that we are all on the same wave length, balancing life,

work, kiddos & a love of seasons & fashion together...

hugs...

  7. That top photo is absolutely lovely. Autumn is a wee bit different up here though...mostly perpetual grey wet weather in Scotland all year round. (We did find a few crunchy colourful leaves recently, though...)
